AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF GMAT COACH'S LIVE CLASS CONTENT
This agreement is made between Catamount Labs PVt. Limited (hereafter known as ''Coach'') and the student (hereafter known as ''Student'').
Purpose: This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Student will use the Coach's live class content for personal learning purposes only. The Coach's live class content is proprietary and is protected by copyright laws.
Prohibitions: The Student agrees not to use the Coach's live class content for any competition or business development purposes. The Student also agrees not to share the Coach's live class content with any third party. If the Student breaches this provision, Coach may take legal action against the Student.
Personal Use: The Student may use the Coach's live class content for personal learning purposes only. The Student may not use the Coach's live class content for any commercial purposes or for any financial gain.
Individual Login IDs: The Coach will provide the Student with an individual login ID for accessing the Coach's live class content. The Student must not share the login ID with any third party. If the Student does share the login ID, the Coach reserves the right to take legal action against the Student.
Termination: This agreement shall be in effect from the date of execution and shall continue until terminated by either party. The Coach may terminate this agreement at any time if the Student breaches any of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Indemnification: The Student agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Coach, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Student's use of the Coach's live class content.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Coach operates.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this agreement as of the date first written above.
1. You can repeat classes for free with any group for 6 months from the time of enrollment. After the 6 month period, you can pay a bridge fee to attend live classes again. After 1 year of enrollment, full course fee will be applicable.
2. In case of advance enrollment, date of commencement will be as per starting of your course
3. Access to class recordings is valid for 6 months
4. If you wish to access the class recordings after 6 months, you can enrol for the recorded course
5. Each live group for Verbal can have upto 5-7 new students. Upto 3-5 students can join for revision (revision slots include the 0-12 month period = free + bridge). Groups formed exclusively for college students may have a different composition.
6. Enrollment / reservation of slots (new / revision / bridge) - is strictly on first come first served basis
Recorded course:
1. Course validity is for 6 months. A bridge fee will be applicable to extend / renew access to the course after the 6 month period
2. You can attend all live discussion / open sessions we organize during your course period.

As a member, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the site’s registration form. Registration where prohibited under any law shall be void. "www.catamountlabs.com" reserves the right to revoke or terminate your registration for any reason at any time, without notice.
